UPWARD

Cornerstone's UPWARD Flag Football and Cheerleading program provides a positive sports experience
for every child and makes the most of your family's time and money. The fundamentals of
football/cheerleading are taught as well as biblical life lessons. Our trained coaches and
referees strive to encourage your child to grow physically and spiritually. The unique drafting
and substitution systems assure balanced teams and equal playing time.

2013 Flag Football and Cheerleading Registrations and Evaluations

Forms and registration fees may be dropped off at the church office anytime between 9:00AM and 4:30PM, Monday through Friday.

Early Registation dates are Now through June 29.  Standard registration dates are June 30 through July 9.  Registrations are CLOSED and cannot be accepted after July 9.

Evaluation dates are June 29 (Noon - 2PM), July 1 (6:30PM - 8:30PM), and July 9 (6:30PM - 8:30PM) at Cornerstone Baptist Church.  Cleats are recommended.

All registration forms must be completed and turned in by June 29, 2012 to receive the early registration discount.
